Founder, Harsh Mishra & Associates (HMA)

Harsh Mishra (pronounced ‘Hersh’) is the founder of Harsh Mishra & Associates, a firm built on the foundation of legal excellence, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to governance. With over 27 years of experience as an in-house counsel and Company Secretary, Harsh has worked across a wide spectrum of organizations — from startups and conglomerates to multinational corporations and a leading private sector bank.

Before founding HMA, Harsh held senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Director – Legal (Greater India & Southeast Asia) and Company Secretary – India at Edwards Lifesciences, a global leader in medical technologies. His academic credentials include a B.Sc. in Chemistry & Mathematics, an LLB, and dual qualifications as a Company Secretary from India and the UK.

Harsh brings a unique blend of legal acumen and strategic business understanding to his practice. His areas of specialization include business setup in India and Asia-Pacific, corporate law advisory, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, FEMA/RBI compliance, ESG matters, and strategic governance.
